Hennesseys Take Spain

It's happening. It took some time. It took some blood, sweat and tears at various bureaucratic agencies across the state of California. It took a couple fist pounds on the tiny counter at the glassed window at the Spanish consulate. It took many attempts at sweet-talking the stone-faced workers there. It took some gentle convincing with the children that this would be a special adventure they would treasure for their lifetimes. Ok, let's be real, it took forcing them against their will to come here.

But we made it. We are here in Granada, Spain for the next 11 months. Stay tuned for daily updates about our experiences in this magical country!
